Edit a Participant:
In your Account Settings, go to Participants. Click on the participant you want to update.
From here you can:
- Change their picture
- Change basic information
- Update their Address
- Update their NDIS plan details
Add a new Participant:
In your Account Settings, go to Participants and click the Add Participant box.
This will let you set up a new Participant for your account.
Update a Participants NDIS Plan:
When updating a new plan, select Self or Plan Managed.
For Self Managed, click the box to choose and upload a file.
For Plan Managed, select your Plan Manager from the list.
Make sure the plan dates are correct.
