Member Accounts on Kynd
On Kynd, a Member account can be created by an NDIS Participant or by someone who has permission to support an NDIS Participant in using the platform.
If you're a parent of a child, Plan Nominee, Legal Guardian, or other family member or friend with permission to assist, you can create a Member account and add one or more NDIS Participant profiles. This allows you to book and manage supports, handle payments, and oversee services in one place.
How to Get Started
You can sign up to Kynd and add profiles for each NDIS Participant you support. For each person, you’ll need to:
Create a Profile – just their name and some basic info
Verify their NDIS Plan – so we can confirm they're eligible
Support Coordinators
If you're a Support Coordinator, you can:
Create an account, browse and shortlist Independent Support Worker profiles.
Help your NDIS Participant clients create their own Member accounts to find and manage their Support Worker team.
