Yes, of course! You're able to be both a Member and a Support Pro. 

You will have to use a separate email and for each account.

In the future, we are working to let members and support pros use the same account.

For now, you can signup with a separate email - or contact our team for help!

Here's a trick... if you have a Gmail account, you can use just add a + symbol. 

eg. 

Your normal email: sally.example@gmail.com

Add another email: sally.example+extra@gmail.com 

This way, you're able to create both a Member and a Support Pro account on Kynd.
